cmltenerife.com – Leading the way

Since the launch of their new website at the end of August 2010, CML Tenerife Estate Agents has continued to lead the property sector with their creative new features and innovations. The new website has attracted a significant increase in visitors and the introduction of social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr has ensured their strong market presence and high rankings.

January 2011 saw the launch of the Polish website and it immediately started to attract new clients, who are being looked after by the new member of their experienced team, Piotr Chmielowski. Piotr has worked hard implementing the new website and his efforts have been quickly rewarded.

In February the “Interactive Tenerife Map” went live on their websites. This cutting edge tool allows prospective buyers to view different regions of our diverse island and select the area most appealing to them. They can then browse all of the properties CML Tenerife has available in that area.

To further compliment the website CML Tenerife issues a monthly magazine. This is available in hard copy from various outlets including their offices in Los Cristianos and La Caleta. The brochure is also available to view and download on the website, together with all previous editions.

In another first for the Tenerife property market, earlier this year CML Tenerife introduced their SMS Sales Boards. Unique to CML Tenerife, these boards offer vendors and buyers alike a fantastic new service. By sending a simple text message with the board’s reference number the sender will receive an instant SMS reply with the property details.

But the work doesn’t stop there. CML Tenerife is currently working on the Spanish version of their website, which will be launched later this month. With other languages to follow closely behind.

Watch this space as they haven’t finished yet; CML Tenerife has lots more innovations to come that will enhance their websites, making buying and selling property an easier and more enjoyable experience.

CML Tenerife would like to thank all the guys at Sorted Sites for their continued efforts and hard work making our site what it is.
